Flight Cancellation Policy

At Fusion Air Travels, we understand that plans change. Whether it’s an emergency, an unexpected schedule change, or simply a change of mind – we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be fair, transparent, and as stress-free as possible.

• You may cancel your flight reservation any time before the scheduled departure, subject to fare rules.

Refunds & Credits

• Refundable fares
  If your ticket is fully refundable, you are eligible to receive a full refund (minus any service or cancellation fees) to your original payment method.

• Semi-flexible / Partly Refundable fares
  You may receive a partial refund or travel credit. The exact amount depends on the fare rules and the time of cancellation relative to departure.

• Non-refundable fares
  These fares typically do not qualify for monetary refunds. However, depending on airline policy, you may be eligible for travel credit or partial value (minus cancellation charges) to rebook a new flight.

Cancellation Charges

• A cancellation fee (service charge) may apply depending on airline policy and the fare class.

• The closer your cancellation is to the flight’s departure time, the higher the potential fee.

• All fees and refunds are processed as per airline rules, which we clearly communicate at the time of booking.
  
  

How to Cancel / Rebook

   Use our “Manage Booking” portal to cancel or request changes to your reservation.

3. Refund / Credit Processing
   Once cancellation is confirmed, we’ll initiate your refund or credit within the airline’s stipulated timeframe. Please allow 7-14 business days (or as defined by the airline) for processing.

   • If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be eligible for a full refund or free rebooking, even if your ticket was non-refundable (subject to airline policy).

   • Some promotional or deeply discounted fares may have strict no-refund, no-change policies. Always check fare rules before booking.

   • Taxes or airport / government fees are generally refundable if cancelled before travel, but collection / refund depends on airline / local authorities
